The highlight of this workshop is training people on life coaching, personality development, and spiritual truth. I will be explaining the truth of life through, quotes, stories, and descriptions.

Following is the Topics of this workshop:

  • * LIFE: Know the truth and facts of reality, i.e. real and the unreal things of life.
  • * SUCCESS: What is Success and how to apply in our daily life and succeed in life?
  • * LEADERSHIP QUALITIES: once the way to success is known then we need to develop leadership qualities in us in every aspect of life, being a leader within oneself, in the family and in society.
  • * MOTIVATION: To be a good leader one needs to motivate oneself and others in all aspects of life.
  • * DEVELOP POSITIVE QUALITIES: then we need to develop our positive qualities to sustain our success and leadership ability.
  • * DEVELOP FRIENDS: Through success, leadership quality and positive thinking, we need to develop friends, not just close friends but to have the ability to make friends with people who come across in our life.
  • * ABOUT BODY AND MIND: Exercise part- to sustain all the noble quality we need strong body and mind, so here I emphasize of physical exercise through Yoga and breathing and mediation.
  • * YOGA EXERCISE: Few simple Yoga Exercises and Breathing techniques are taught.
  • * MEDITATION: What is Meditation and how do we practice meditation.
  • * HEALTHY TIPS: Few guidelines to keep oneself-healthy.


Yoga practice can awaken inner energies dormant within the body, some emotional blocks and Other un-awakened potentials that have inhibited us from moving forward in our spiritual lives. Also through Yoga practice students will find greater strength, stamina, flexibility, energy, and body awareness. For those new to yoga or just getting started with their practice, exposure to these many expressions of the yoga Asanas will be a strong start to finding the practice which is most suitable for oneself.

Daily Schedule Activities:

  • 06:00 am - Wakeup
  • 06:30-08:00 hrs - Yoga Asanas, Pranayama and Relaxation session.
  • 08:30-09:30 hrs - Breakfast time
  • 09:30-11:00 hrs - Personal / Healing Session for participants individually with Swami Pradeep

  • 11:00-12:00 hrs - Consultation with Expert Ayurvedic doctor through Video conference.
  • 12:00-13:00 hrs - Lunch time
  • 13:00-15:00 hrs - Rest time.
  • 15:00-16:00 hrs - Consultation with Expert Astrologer through Video conferencing.
  • 16:00–17:00 hrs - Break time/ Healing Session for participants individually.
  • 17:00-18:00 hrs - Yoga Asanas and pranayama.
  • 18:00-19:00 hrs - Meditation session
  • 19:00-20:00 hrs - Dinner time
  • 20:00–21:30 hrs - Interactive session- participants can discuss and engage in any subjects.
  • 21:30 hrs - Sleep time

* Yoga Asanas ( Physical Exercise- 20 Asana or Exercises)

* Pranayama (Breathing Exercise-3 Breathing Techniques)

* Relaxation Technique - This can be used as a separate session of 30 mints or combine with Yoga session at the end for 30 mints.

One on One counseling session: (This is optional, anyone requires counseling or clarification or guidance on any subject or issues or problems can utilize this session). This will be charged per session basis.

Ayurvedic counseling session: This session offers the participants to have direct interaction with expert Ayurvedic doctor from India through Video conferencing. This will be charged per session basis.

Astrology counseling session: This session offers the participants to have direct interaction with expert Astrologer from India through Video conferencing. This will be charged per session basis.

Healing session: This session offers the participants to have Healing done for any ailments. Twenty minutes per session. This will be charged per session basis.
